In the role of construction manager, Taylor Bros. Construction provides a full range of services to assist clients during the planning, design, and construction phases of projects.
Taylor Bros. has provided construction management services for a wide variety of clients and project types, including educational, warehouse, office/corporate, healthcare, residential and industrial projects. Taylor Bros. Construction's approach is to serve as an extension of our client's organization, complementing their capabilities and representing their interests throughout the duration of the project.
From the early planning and design stages through project completion and close-out, Taylor Bros. utilizes proven management systems and procedures to ensure that project goals are met. Somewhat unique to this delivery process, Taylor Bros. often provides early project guarantees to assist our clients in fixing the cost and schedule of the project early in the development process.
Taylor Bros. will also perform the project on an at-risk basis, ensuring that our clients' goals for cost, schedule, and quality are met.
